My target audience

For my magazine project I have to create a detailed description of the target audience I want my magazine to attract. I'm going to have my magazine specifically for Photography students or people interested in the subject. So first of all I'm not ruling out anybody as I want as many students to read my magazine as possible, So i'd have a qwerky yet understanding masthead with a majority of different taglines, presented in a majority of ways, all with an introduction to diverse content. However I will aim my magazine to mostly catch the attention of  college students instead of university as I feel I have a wider understanding of college rather than university. The audience I will mainly appeal to would be aged around 15-19 male or female and most probably either C1 OR B on the Jicnars scale. They would be this high on the scale due to there parents situation as photography is an expensive subject, so students living in an environment around an E or D on the Jicnars scale wouldn't work. The students that I would want to read my magazine would be aspirer's and the majority would be radicals. I can tell this from doing the subject myself that the students would want to work/live independently. These people would shop in waitrose not tesco. These people would buy there lunch not bring a packed lunch. These people would like quiet weekends not going to clubs. These people would like travelling not staying at home. These people would take things for granted instead of appreciate it.
